Grade division of viscose rayon: first class (A class), second class (A2 class), etc., defective products need to be noted that the classification standards of each manufacturer are not consistent.
Packaging: viscose rayon is usually packed in tubes, twisted and cake. All goods are packed in cartons, and the silk drum or cake is packed in soft cotton paper or film to reduce friction and damage to the silk strips. Each carton is lined with plastic bags to protect it from moisture. Cartons are strong and durable, suitable for long distance transportation by land and sea.

2) Flat cylinder straight pipe packing: 11 cylinders/box, box weight between 25-30kg, depending on the variety
3) Stranding: the stranding weight is 250 grams, the stranding length is 1.35 meters, each box is about 24 kilograms, suitable for customers to buy dyeing, shorten the delivery time of customers 4) cake packing: 32 cakes/box, each box is about 24 kilograms, customers used for warp twisting yarn dyeing, effectively reduce the cost of customers about 3%
Transportation and storage: During transportation and handling, it is forbidden to damage the carton or wear the product due to rough handling. Viscose rayon should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to the sun or moisture. Do not turn the carton upside down, especially in rainy areas.
Usage: When customers use viscose rayon drum, it is best not to remove the cotton paper on the bobbin completely, and expose 2/3 of the silk so that the cotton paper can support the silk strip to prevent the rayon from slipping to the bottom of the bobbin and hindering unwinding. The use of cake silk needs to send someone to our company for professional training. Please note that different batches of rayon are not allowed to be mixed.
